Ginny Morris

About Ginny

A longtime resident of Athens, Ginny received her B.A. and J.D. from the University of Georgia. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ginny was in Investment Banking as a fixed-income securities trader and trading manager. She began her legal career with the Western Circuit Public Defender Office before starting her own practice, concentrating on business law as it relates to startups and small businesses.

Ginny is also a Co-founder, COO and Legal Director of Four Athens, a business incubator assisting technology-based entrepreneurs take their ideas and make them into businesses. This gives her a unique understanding of the legal issues entrepreneurs face daily and has allowed her to help find solutions to these issues.
