Virginia Nell (Ginny) Morris is a graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law with honors. She is a member of the Georgia State Bar and has practiced law for over 20 years.

During that time, she has developed considerable expertise in juvenile court law as well as in the intersecting areas of education, mental health treatment, and other services necessary to support and address the needs of children.

Prior to beginning her legal career, she worked as a fixed income investment bond trader, leaving that role to devote herself to being a full-time mother and active community volunteer. That combination of earlier professional experience, hands-on parenting, and volunteer work has provided her with a well-rounded, practical perspective and a deep, informed understanding of the needs and best interests of children.
